SYNOPSIS: This documentary addresses the serious problem of air pollution in Madrid. Neighbors, merchants, businessmen, ecologists, activists, doctors, contribute their opinion and possible solutions with the thread of "Madrid Central", the area of low emissions that began to operate on November 30, 2018. After the arrival at the city hall of the tripartite PP, Ciudadanos and VOX, they have proposed to reverse it with the environmental consequences and possible economic sanctions by the European Union.
