ARTURO DUEÑAS

Arturo Dueñas (Valladolid, Spain, 1962). He has a degree in Philosophy and Languages and a Diploma in Cinematography from the University of Valladolid and a graduate of the Filmmaking Course at the New York Film Academy. He has been a professor of Spanish Language and Literature at the Universities of Tartu (Estonia), Budapest, Mossoró (Brazil) and Lisbon, and Managing Director of the Consortium of University Libraries of Castilla y León. He is a permanent member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of Spain. Actor, director, producer, editor and scriptwriter of several short films, he has produced and directed the feature films Aficionados (Amateurs, 2011), selected and awarded in more than 30 international festivals, Corsarios (Corsairs, 2015), Misión: Sahara (Mission: Sahara , 2016), Tierras Construidas (Built Lands, 2019) and Pessoas (Pessoas, 2020).

CLAUDIA RUIZ

Claudia Ruiz is an Argentinian director and animator, with a degree in Visual Communication Design from UNI. ESTER SÁNCHEZ LLAURADÓ

Ester Sánchez (Reus, 1980) has studied Ephemeral Architecture (EADR, Reus), Artistic Direction of Cinema and TV (ESCAC, Terrassa), a degree in Audiovisual Communication (URV, Tarragona) another in Cinema with the specialization of Direction of Photography (Bande à Part, Barcelona) and a course of specialization in Stage Lighting Design for Theater, Dance and Musicals (DIIVANT, Madrid).

Since 2011, she has carried out scenographic, interior design, video and photography projects. She has directed a documentary, some video clips and has worked as a camera operator for TVE. Currently, she combines the activity of professor of Audiovisual and Internet Technology, Theory and Technique of Audiovisual Language and Audiovisual Generes and Formats at the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona with PDO jobs, camera operator, photographer and focuser for multiple fiction and advertising projects (Artiq, Neff, Muntanyola, Salva López, Alma Producciones, Paseando luciérnagas, TVE2, Ajuntament de Barcelona, ​​Cosmocaixa, Torres, Osborne among others) In addition, he is preparing a documentary and two fiction scripts that he hopes to direct soon.

DEYAN TSVYATKOV

Deyan Tsvyatsov is a multi-artist from Bulgaria. He graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia as an actor, and later had a master degree in film directing. After his second short film, the awarded Far Away From Time, he is now working on a third one set in an anti-utopian world. Apart from directing, Deyan is also an actor and is the keyboardist of the musical group The Gentlemen.
 

IBERÊ CARVALHO

Iberê Carvalho is an anthropologist, journalist and film director born in Brasília - Brazil, with a master's degree in Film Direction in Madrid, Spain. Among the awards of his career, the Coral for Best Short Film at the 31st Havana Festival, Cuba, stands out, with the film Para Pedir Perdão and the Cartoon Network award for best film at the Prix Jeunesse Iberoamericano, with Procura-se. His first feature, O Último Cine Drive-in, received the award for Best Film at the 18th International Film Festival in Punta Del Este, in addition to being shown at festivals in Chicago, Beijing, Austin, Zanzibar, Marseille and winning a global license with Netflix. His second feature, O Homem Cordial, had its international debut at the 41st Cairo International Film Festival and was selected for the 23rd Tallin Black Nights Film Festival, in Estonia.

JOSHO

Jose Alejandro Yanez, a.k.a. Josho, is a visionary artist living and working in Colombia. He has worked in the animation industry for about 10 years. From video games, animated movies to virtual reality, he has worked in various capacities, exploring many of the aspects that are required to develop and produce animated content. Being self-taught for most of his career, his intention is to express cultural and spiritual ideas that led him to start his first and awarded short film Raíces.

KATRIN VANKOVA

Katrin Vankova is an actress born in Bulgaria and grown up in Barcelona where she moved when she was a kid. Her professional acting career began at the age of 18 and she has been working in both audiovisual and theatre fields. Her last project is Justice, a play performed at the big room at the National Theatre in Barcelona. She has also been filming for the new upcoming Alex Rider series produced by Sony. She has been participated in different Spanish series like La Fossa, Com Si Fos Ahir, Nit i Dia and as well as the international Snatch. Katrin Vankova also leads the film This Is The Wind , a movie based on a true story about two girls with eating disorder, among the actors Alex Brendemühl, Laia Manzanares and Anna Alarcón. The movie participated at the Black Nights Film Festival in Tallinn. Her acting career also includes her performances in different independent short films and music videos like the last Tota Pulchra for Tarta Relena directed by the Goya award winning Irene Moray. Katrin Vankova was selected as the only Spanish actress for the Berlinale Talents Programm 2019 and received the Blood Red Carpet award as a promising actress at Sitges Film Festival 2018. Her acting career is also accompanied by her big passion in photography, where under the pseudonym "Matilda was here" she publishes her creative projects.

PAULO MIKLOS

Successful on stage as a musician in Brazil, Miklos also began to thrive as an actor in 2001, in the film "O Invasor", by Beto Brant. He won several awards, such as revelation actor at the "Festival de Cinema de Brasilia" and best supporting actor at the "Miami Film Festival". In 2009, he received the best actor award at the "Festival de Cinema de Brasilia", for his performance in "É Proibido Fumar", by Anna Muylaert and the Kikito for best actor in "O Homem Cordial", by Iberê Carvalho, in 2019.
